Want to be healthy?
Do these 4 things:
- Eat whole foods – not processed junk.
- Exercise regularly.
- Avoid using products on your skin and in your home that are toxic.
- Find a way to manage your stress so that it doesn’t make you sick.
If you can do these 4 things, you can live a healthy life.
I know just how hard it is to get in exercise on a regular basis. I struggled with it for years. At 40 I felt I was in the best shape of my life but that was followed by 5 years of swift decline in which I felt I was in the worst shape ever.
I did a ton of research and trial & error to find a solution. I wanted to figure out why I couldn’t stick to any workout program. It didn’t matter what gym I joined or what DVD or book program I purchased – none of it worked. I even hired a personal trainer to come to my home and still I couldn’t find the motivation to workout.
